We Help You Buy and Sell Simultaneously

I’ve talked with a lot of people who have said that they'd like to move, but that they need to find a house before they list because they're worried about having a long period of owning two houses. We've come up with a solution, and I’ll share it with you today.

First, we get you ready to purchase by getting you a loan from a local lender or helping you get your cash lined up. Then we do a needs evaluation and set you up on a search to find the right home. While you’re out looking at houses, we get your house ready to sell, but we don't put it on the market yet.

We have an in-person home evaluation where we go over what you're likely to get for the house and what things you need to do to get top dollar in today's market. The good news is that very few things need to be done in current market to get your house ready to sell. If there is something that needs to get done, we have contractors that can do it in a very timely manner.

We don't market your house or put it online until you find your dream house.

Next, we get our home stager to contact you and help you get your home staged and ready for pictures and showings. Once your house is staged, our photographer will take 4K photos of your house and we'll also set up a virtual tour. These are complimentary services provided by the House Team. Once we’re finished with all that, we won't market your home or put it online until you have found your dream house and tell us to pull the trigger.

This process makes buying and selling very smooth and unrushed. The time between finding your dream house and getting your house on the market is less than a week.
