Renovations May Not Be Necessary
Sellers do not need to make many renovations in this market.
We receive a lot of calls these days from people saying that they need to get stuff done around the house before we enter. However, that may not be necessary in today's market. Buyers will likely overlook slight imperfections.
In a recent survey by Freddie Mac, two out of five buyers said they're willing to buy a home that needs renovations. Before, you had a two-page list of things to get done. Now, you might only have a few minor tweaks to make. We’ve even told some people that they can just clean the house before they leave, and we'll have it sold over the weekend.

Buyers are more concerned with getting a house with the features they want in the right area than they are with having the turnkey home. Before you do a lot of work on your house to get it in selling condition, give us a call, and a member of our team will come out to tell you what really needs to be done.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us by phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you.
