Here’s how our housing supply is looking in the Memphis Area right now.
Overall, Memphis is still in a strong seller’s market. We only have three weeks of housing supply available in the Memphis Area. Remember that the National Association of Realtors says a seller’s market is anything less than a five-month supply of homes. Bartlett, Arlington, Lakeland, Germantown, and Carnival all have two to three weeks of supply. East Memphis, midtown, and downtown have a one-month supply. Cordova has less than three weeks of supply.
